Rev. Renee Ruchotzke has been serving the UUA as Congregational Life Staff since 2010. She will be replacing Evin Carvill-Ziemer as our UUA “primary contact.” She also serves as co-dean of The UU Leadership Institute and blogs at http://vitalleaders.blogs.uua.org/

Regional staff will host a conversation including exploration of models of RE staffing for smaller congregations and current trends in RE models in small congregations.
The congregation will have a chance to discuss priorities and values for staffing and supporting the Oberlin RE program to support the Board in it’s work to assess the program, vision for the future, and hire a permanent Director of Religious Education.
